HUNGARIAN COOKING DEMONSTRATION and TASTING
with
HUNGARIAN CHEF ATTILA BICSÁR
Chef Attila Bicsár hails from one of the
best culinary addresses in Budapest, the restaurant Alabárdos.
His cooking
demonstration was held at the International
Culinary Theater of the French Culinary Institute, the birthplace of
brilliant careers in the food business. Departing from classic
recipes, he elaborated on emerging trends of a
Hungarian cuisine still little known to American palates.
It was a unique opportunity for first-hand
learning and tasting! Organized by the Hungarian Investment and Trade
Development Agency (ITD), this event was
reserved for food professionals, press, and merchants.

late spring.
